The Waltham Symphony Orchestra is dedicated to enriching the community through inter-disciplinary, multi-ethnic and inspiring programming for our concert series and educational outreach programs.
Musicians in Schools
Our “Musicians in the Schools” program works toward the forwarding of young, inquisitive, musical minds. Our 
orchestra has the goal of having students perform throughout the year with the Orchestra as apprentices. We construct special events geared toward introducing and educating school children of all ages in the area of orchestral instruments. Additionally, this program will blend the European tradition of classical music with the wide range of music from other traditions which the Waltham community represents.
